  3. Insert Gently – In a squatting or relaxed position, insert the folded cup into your vagina. It will open up and form a leak-proof seal.
  4. Wear Comfortably – Once inserted correctly, you won’t feel the cup. It can be worn for up to 8 hours.
  5. Remove & Empty – Wash your hands, then gently pinch the base of the cup to break the seal and remove it. Empty the contents into the toilet.
