At Imasafe®, we strive to deliver the very best product and comfort experience possible. Sanitary hygiene products are very delicate and intimate for any woman, and ensuring the sanctity of our products is paramount to us. Therefore, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we do not accept exchanges or returns.
However, in case of receiving the order in a damaged condition or wrong items, write to us at support@amipolymer.com
IN CASE THE WRONG/ DAMAGED ITEM IS DELIVERED
- The request for refund/return should be initiated within 24 hours of delivery along with the invoice and pictures of all the products you have received.
- In case a wrong item is delivered, please reach out to us at support@amipolymer.com and we will deliver the right item at no cost.
- We request you to mark the subject line of the mail as “Returns and Replacement” and we will get back to you.
CANCELLATION/ REFUND
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not already been shipped.
- For Prepaid orders, if your order is shipped and you wish to cancel, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- The refund takes about 6-8 working days to be credited to your bank account, from the date of cancellation of the order. If you still have not received it, please drop an email at support@amipolymer.com and we will sort out the issue. Upon verification, the money will be refunded to you.
